Dashboard and Reports
Testing teams struggle to get a concise update for a particular application being tested. As a result, Tech Invents created the Integrated Test Metrics (ITM) Dashboard using ALM Business Vies. The ITM Dashboard is a fully integrated testing metrics dashboard showing the status of Manual Testing with ALM, Automation Testing with QTP/UFT and Code Quality and Security testing with Fortify. The core of the dashboard uses the Business Views module in ALM 11.5. Tech Invents has also created integrated dashboard reports that can be sent using URLs so clients can view real time data on their Mobile Devices.
The target client for ITM Dashboard is a large scale organization with a complex testing teams and a desire to improve efficiencies. The potential market opportunity is tremendous, given the strong install base of HP testing tools. The ideal candidate is an organization that has some footprint of HP ALM, but also has an opportunity to expand beyond a particular tool and invest in the full suite of testing products. The ITM Dashboard provides a strong business case to build out a robust testing COE, which drives the need for the latest software and additional products.
